Our First Lady

Lady Sherron Jordan-Griffin is the third child born to Michael and Kimberly White on June 23, 1984 in Baltimore, MD.

She received her early education in Cherry Hill and Brooklyn Park, later graduating from North County High School in 2002.  Her leadership and infectious personality  in numerous school activities prepared her to enter the workforce as a Sales Associate with Foot Locker Corporation.  But her hard work ethic quickly allowed her to excel to management positions throughout the district and afforded her numerous awards and accommodations.  She is currently employed with the United States Postal Service where she has served as a postal clerk, platform expeditor and an operation supervisor.

Lady Sherron came to Christ at an early age.  From infancy at St. Veronica's Catholic Church to her childhood at St. John UMC, she was definitely one that claimed her faith for herself and carried it with her always.  Her commitment to the church has been most stingily expressed through her love for its children.  She has served as the Youth & Young Adult Coordinator at The St. John Experience planning revivals, Back to School Jams, school supply drives, bake good and snow ball sales, Lock-ins and the annual youth pilgrimage to Ocean City for ROCK.  She also served as the Director for the Deliverance Dance Ministry for girls ages 5-18.

Her well organized administrative skills made her an excellent addition the pastoral team where she served in the capacity as Executive Assistant to the Pastor and as the Acting Church Administrator.

A phenomenal cook who can whip up a full course meal in 15 minutes or less, she is definitely at home in the kitchen but is most at home caring for the loves of her life Noah, Amari, Sincere and Riley.  Her creativity and energy make her a wonderful mom to her kids and any other child that just needs to know that they are special. She currently serves as an active member of the Children & Youth Focus Area at Union.

Her entrepreneurial sense has allowed her to exercise her innovative ideas in a variety of different business ventures from event planning to catering and most recently fashion design. With her husband, she is the owner and operator of “Stop Reverse the Love” Clothing Line, a family brand.

She has been married to her husband and life partner, Rev. Dr. Jason Jordan-Griffin for 5 years.  They are the overjoyed parents of Noah, Amari, Sincere and Riley. Lady Sherron is on fire for the Lord in her own unique way doing what's pleasing in God's sight.
