Annually the Men of Union Memorial come together in a show of faith, brotherhood and service in the life of our church and surrounding community.  It is a time for being built up spiritually through powerful preaching and teaching. It is an opportunity to strengthen bonds amongst other men through fellowship that shares passions and highlights interests. Lastly, it is a time where the mantle of advancing the work of the ministry beyond the walls of the church is taken up through the sowing of seeds and strategic fundraising. This year is no different, as September will officially begin our 2023 Men’s Season Celebration.

This year our theme is, In All This We Strive with scriptural focus coming from 1 Thessalonians 5: 11. As men we are called by God's to lead the charge in serving the Kingdom. Our responsibilities are vast but critical to the well-being of humankind. Sometime we feel as though the work is too tough, thankless and not making nearly as much impact for all the energy we are exerting. Yet, whether we are at home, on the job, in the church or out in the community God has called us to strive to do our best so that He gets the glory out of it. This year, we lean into the reminded that no matter the task, we strive to please God!
